What is PropertySearch?
PropertySearch is a Dubai property research hub for real estate investors and their representatives.
We maintain extensive community and building guides for all freehold areas of Dubai and track the progress of new developments.
We also offer a free property listings service for local agents to market their properties.
Are you affiliated with any brokers or developers?
No.
We are not an estate agency nor a developer, and we do not take part in any sale or rental transactions. Our interest is solely in the collection, organization, and dissemination of real estate information.
The property advertisements on our website are listings submitted by third-party agents, and any enquiries go directly to them.
Are you marketing any of the projects on the site?
No.
We are not a real estate agency and have no vested interest in the sale or promotion of any developments listed on our site. While we may reference information from developers’ marketing material, it is done solely to maintain a complete and accurate historical record of Dubai’s real estate growth.
Where does the real estate data come from?
A large portion of our data—including names, dates, companies, and statistics—comes from the Dubai Land Department’s public records as part of their open data initiative. This initiative promotes transparency in Dubai’s real estate market, encapsulated in their slogan: “Transparency is the basis for development.” The origins of this government policy are outlined in Law No. (26) of 2015.
